Make up lessons are offered as a service to our valuable clients and are not a right.
To be eligible for a make-up lesson you must ring and cancel you child’s lesson.
The following conditions apply for make-up lessons
Cancellation must be done with as much notice as possible
Cancellation requires a minimum notification of 1 hour prior to your lesson time
One two make ups are permitted per term
Make up lessons should be made as close to the missed lesson as possible
If you miss your make up lesson and do not notify us prior to the lesson another will not be re-scheduled
Make ups are a privelage and must be taken in the term they are missed
Make ups will not be carried over to the following term
Make ups are available only when fees are up to date
Missed classes/makeups will not be refunded
Messages left on messagebank need to be done so in the required time frame. Our message bank system notifies us of the time the message was left. This is checked regularly
